1.Business location & opening hours?

  • Location: we are a warehouse-based office supplier in Nigel (east rand), so there's no walk-in shop
  • Operating hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:00 closed on public holidays  
  • Annual closure for 2026:  final orders 10 Dec 2026 closure 15 Dec 

2. How do I place an order?

  • search and add items to your bucket
  • when you are finished with adding items - Go to checkout and complete the information needed   
  • we will send you an invoice from our office.

3. What is the minimum order amount?

    - We have no minimum amount- YOU CAN ORDER 1 ITEM TO TEST OUR SEVICES.

4.  I can't find what I'm looking for? 

  • We understand many brands and suppliers use different codes & names for products.
  • To make it easy for our valued client to find what they are looking for you can mail us a picture on admin@klipofficehub.co.za or even easier WhatsApp us 063 012 0109 and we will find the right item for you.
  • Don't have the item to take picture - give us the best description of the item - we will find it for you. 

5. Do you carry all items in stock?

  • if you require a specific item that might not be readily available, let us know. - we can check stock levels and suggest alternatives if needed.
  • while we boast a vast product selection, we prioritize carrying popular fast movers due to the sheer variety we offer.   

6. What are the delivery time and costs?

 - We offer a wide range of free and affordable delivery options that suit your location and order size.

 Delivery options

  • Local Delivery (Nigel, Heidelburg & springs)- free on all orders
  • Johannesburg & Pretoria Main City Areas - free when you spend R1500 or more
  • Nationwide Courier - free on orders over R2000 up to 20kg
  • Bulk Orders- Where possible, we cover courier fees for bulk purchases (GET IN TOUCH WITH US) to find out more. 
  • HIGH RISK AREAS- all high-risk areas are excluded from standard rates and will be quoted individually per order

Delivery Times 

  • Local deliveries - 2 to 5 working days (From cleared payment)
  • Courier deliveries - 3 to 7 working days (From cleared payment)

-There are 3 payment options available

  • 1. Online Payment gateway 
  • 2. EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer (preferred method)
